First of all, I have to say that the stay is fine. Unfortunately, we faced an big issue about parking. We reached there around about 11plus at the night, and there is totally no parking available outside the apartment. There are a lot of parking lots in the apartment's parking, so we tried to contact the owner, but they are not reachable after many many calls and messages, so parking inside is not a choice then. Tried to contact Trip customer service, and they could not help much too as I feel that the issue have to be settled physical at that moment, thus explaining why Trip's help is quite limited too. We ended up have to try to reason out with the security, explaining our situation, and they are kind enough to allow us to park in the "Visitor lot" in the apartment. I seldom complain because I believe I can be adaptable as long as there's solution, but I think this time what really triggered us was that the owner was totally uncontactable, and we are helpless. It's late and my family members are already tired.
